Equipped and finished to a high standard with every need catered for.

The Steading has 3 large bedrooms, one being downstairs with a super-king double bed, which is zip-and-link so could be made into two singles, and has a large en suite bathroom with an over the bath shower. 
Also on the ground floor there is a large, modern, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. It is separated by a breakfast bar from the dining area which is through to a comfortable lounge with a 37” TV with freeview, DVD player and Hi Fi. Through connecting glass doors there is an attractive sun room.
Upstairs there is a twin bedded room with an en suite shower room and a very large studio bedroom with a king size bed and a double sofa bed for the occasional extra guest or child. This room also has an en suite shower room, both showers being extra large.

• well insulated and centrally heated throughout, with an electric stove in the lounge for the colder evenings.
• large entrance porch designed to comfortably house all outdoor gear which can be accessed by a ramp. A secure shed is situated round the back of the property for storing bikes and there is a rack for storing fishing rods.
• Guests have access to the owner’s garden from which there are lovely views but as there is a small pond it may not be suitable for small children. Outside there is a barbecue and two patio areas both equipped with outdoor furniture and there is plenty space to park at least 3 cars.
